What a lovely evening, I flew into Tokyo on business and was able to sneak a single person into their restaurant. I got to the address and how to look around a bit, they are in the basement of a nondescript building, you walk down the stairs and are sort of like, is this a restaurant, but it's very nice inside. They have a couple of private rooms and about 11 seats at the bar, I was at the bar. Delicious high quality fish. one of the best things they made was a roll that had (I think) diced maguro with sea grape seaweed and maybe a bit of ponzu in it? It was sublime. they also use a lot of other really interesting ingredients, like salt with bamboo charcoal. All of it was really good. The Uni was literally some of the best I've ever had. They had these yuzu pickled Takuan pieces that I could've eaten about 10 more of. Would HIGHLY recommend. I've done a lot of omakase, and this place stood out.

We had the Omakase Premium Course. About 11 courses, including the dessert & tea. Exquisite Chef's selection. The best nigiri we had so far. The fish was certainly fresh, with a delicate and well-balanced flavor. Would come back for sure. The staff was friendly and kindly explained every dish to us. Reservation in advanced is required. 10/10

It was our last night in tokyo and we found this place last minute. We did their premium omakase and so happy we did! The chef was very kind and accomodating. The staff was friendly and attentive. Every single dish was amazing and sooo tasty! The only down side was there was a group of 4 people at the other end of the counter being so loud! I had to hear their whole conversation, but that is not the restaurants fault. We ended up paying $45,000 yen for 2 omakase and 2 beers. I felt the experience was worth it! Highly recommend!
